Downtown Chewelah will transform into a hoops haven this weekend as the 3rd Annual Courtzite 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament takes over Main Street on Saturday, July 26, 2025.

Open to players ages 4 and up, the event promises a full day of basketball action, community spirit, and fun for all ages.

Main Street will be shut down and lined with temporary courts for games running throughout the day. Last year’s event drew dozens of teams and hundreds of spectators, and organizers expect even bigger crowds this year.

Courtzite 3-on-3 is quickly becoming a summer staple in Chewelah, combining sportsmanship with small-town charm. Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and enjoy the fast-paced streetball tournament while supporting local athletes.
